Requirements for Submission of Conference Materials
Submissions must correspond to the scientific themes of the conference. Papers must be prepared in Microsoft Word format (A4), Times New Roman, 12-point font (black), 1.5 line spacing. Margins: left – 2.5 cm; right – 1.5 cm; top – 3.0 cm; bottom – 2.5 cm. Paragraph indentation: 1.5 cm.
At the top right of the first page, the following information must be provided:
Author’s (or authors’) full name (including patronymic);
Academic degree and academic title;
Name of the institution of employment and/or study (for doctoral and dissertation candidates);
E-mail address of the author(s).
The main text (article or abstract) must contain no fewer than 3,000 characters. The title of the paper must be centered, in 12-point font, bold capital letters.
The abstract must contain at least 150 words. At least 5 keywords must be provided (in Azerbaijani and English). Each abstract must include the full title of the paper and the full name(s) of the author(s). Only one submission per author (either sole-authored or co-authored) will be accepted.
The reference list must be provided at the end of the text in alphabetical order and in accordance with the requirements of the Higher Attestation Commission under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan. In-text citations must indicate the reference number (e.g., [3, p. 48–57], [2]). The presenting author’s name must be underlined.
Deadline for submission: 07 June 2026
The conference proceedings will be published in journal format on the official website of the Ganja Branch of ANAS and will also be issued in print.
The inclusion of papers (articles or abstracts) in the conference proceedings will be determined by the relevant academic sections. If necessary, authors may be asked to revise and resubmit their papers based on reviewers’ comments. Papers that are not revised in accordance with the comments or are not resubmitted on time will not be included in the conference materials.
